We are hiring an SAP ISU Business Analyst with expertise in Utility Billing and Meter-to-Cash processes. This is an onsite, W2 only position (No C2C). The role involves managing and supporting daily billing operations, analyzing and resolving complex billing issues in SAP ISU & CIS, collaborating with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams, performing data validation and analysis using Excel, documenting processes and workflows, and leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for enhanced insights. The ideal candidate has experience in the Energy/Utilities domain, strong expertise in SAP ISU & Meter-to-Cash (M2C), experience in billing operations/production support, hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Qmetry, Teams, Outlook, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bonus: exposure to AI-driven solutions in business processes.
