We are hiring a Senior Manager, Learning & Development and Talent Management in Mexico at Kraft Heinz. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong talent pipelines, driving succession planning, leading talent reviews, and strengthening organizational capability through a talent-first lens. In this role, you will partner closely with business and HR leaders to shape talent strategies that support growth, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build the capabilities needed for the future. While the role includes Learning & Development responsibilities, the main focus is on Talent Management. We are looking for someone with experience in: talent reviews and succession planning, leadership development, performance and development processes, talent strategy and organizational capability, and influencing senior stakeholders in complex environments. Location: Mexico City, Polanco. Scheme: Hybrid.
