We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, implementing, and leading enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules, architecture design, integrations, platform governance, and stakeholder management. Required skills include expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and Service Portal, experience designing scalable ServiceNow architectures and integrations, strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform customization, ability to lead implementation projects and provide technical guidance, and excellent communication and client-facing skills. This is a full-time onsite position located in Mesa, Arizona.
