We are recruiting an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading Aged Care organisation in a permanent role. Reporting directly to the Head of People Operations, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives, support organisational growth, and foster a positive workplace culture across multiple sites. The role includes partnering with operational leaders across the aged care sector, leading and supporting employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, change management, and organisational development, as well as driving people-focused initiatives that improve employee engagement and organisational performance. This is a permanent full-time position.
