We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, complex IT initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise IT migration and modernization projects. Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, timelines, budgets, and risks. Coordinate DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure-related initiatives. Ensure delivery of milestones, releases, and quality outcomes. Drive testing, training, and adoption activities. Maintain strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Required Skills: 5+ years managing large-scale IT projects. PMP / Agile / Scrum certification (mandatory). Strong cloud & hybrid environment understanding (Azure preferred). DevOps & CI/CD knowledge. Automation / Infrastructure as Code awareness. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Azure migration tools experience, AI / LLM awareness, Enterprise infrastructure modernization exposure.
