### Role & Company / Project Overview ATV Projects India Limited, a leading industrial and heavy equipment manufacturing industry, is looking for an experienced, qualified, and result-oriented Maintenance Head to lead plant maintenance operations at their facility. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and oversee overall plant maintenance operations. • Ensure high equipment reliability and achieve minimum plant downtime. • Manage, guide, and supervise maintenance teams and daily activities. • Drive, plan, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Educational Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. • Total Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant professional experience. • Candidate Profile: Strong technical, troubleshooting, leadership, and team management abilities. • Prior experience in heavy equipment manufacturing or industrial manufacturing plants is preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Work Mode: Onsite plant operations. ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard industry compensation as per company norms. ### Application Instructions • Eligible and interested candidates can submit their updated CV for consideration.
