### Role & Company / Project Overview Nova Technocast Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead its plant maintenance operations in Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities across casting and machining divisions. - Plan and enforce preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules. - Minimize machinery downtime and ensure smooth operation of critical equipment including melting furnaces and CNC machines. - Manage spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance budget. - Enforce plant safety norms and statutory compliance. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Solid managerial experience in plant maintenance within an industrial or casting facility. - Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. - Vacancy count: 1 position. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: 37, 38, Ankur Industrial Complex, Plot No. 23-26, Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat. - Work schedule: Full-time on-site. ### Compensation & Benefits - Remuneration aligned with industry standards and candidate qualifications. ### Application Instructions - Submit updated resume directly to HR via email or phone.
