Ltd. invites applications from experienced manufacturing professionals for the role of Machine Shop Manager at Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage complete machine shop operations including CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machining centers. - Develop production plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely achievement of dispatch targets. - Minimize cycle times, tool wear, and scrap while ensuring strict quality standards. - Lead, supervise, and mentor machine shop supervisors, operators, and support staff. - Maintain machine efficiency (OEE), preventive maintenance adherence, and shop floor 5S/safety. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering. - Proven management/leadership experience heading a precision machine shop. - Strong understanding of machining processes, CNC programming, and tooling. - Vacancy count: 1 position. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: 37, 38, Ankur Industrial Complex, Plot No. 23-26, Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat. - Shift/Work type: Full-time on-site. ### Compensation & Benefits - Best in industry compensation based on relevant management experience. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their CV via email or contact the HR department.
