We are hiring a Junior Project Manager for Shipbuilding & Ship Repair. We are looking for an engineering graduate or junior professional with a strong interest in project management and the maritime industry. This is an exceptional entry-level management role to coordinate resources, supervise operations, and deliver high-impact vessel and yacht refit projects. Responsibilities include coordinating internal resources, operational divisions, and third-party suppliers for seamless project execution; developing detailed project implementation plans, setting deadlines, and monitoring execution progress; managing project scopes, work plans, tracking related costs, and reporting issues to management; and providing guidance to the repair team, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring on-time delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or strongly compatible field; prior experience in marine/maritime sector highly preferred; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and team leader aptitude; excellent communication skills in English mandatory, knowledge of Italian a plus.
