• Role & Company / Project Overview: A reputed construction company in the Maldives is seeking an experienced, qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join its team for prestigious high-rise building projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and commercial documentation for high-rise building construction projects. - Monitor project expenditures, evaluate variations, and handle cost control procedures on site. - Coordinate closely with site engineers, project management teams, and subcontractors. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8 to 10 years of professional quantity surveying experience. - Mandatory experience working on high-rise building construction projects. - Strong expertise in cost estimation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and contractual documentation. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Maldives. - Industry: Construction – High-Rise Building Projects. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: USD 1,000 per month. - Food allowance provided. - Company accommodation provided. - Transportation provided. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV for consideration.
