• Role & Company / Project Overview: A reputed contracting company is hiring for 4 Quantity Surveyor vacancies for an overseas high-rise building construction project in the Maldives. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle quantity surveying, cost estimation, budget preparation, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for high-rise building construction - Monitor project expenditures, measure on-site works, prepare contractor payment certificates, and manage variation orders - Coordinate closely with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 6 years of experience in building construction in home country - Extensive background in quantity surveying for civil/building construction works - Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Job Location: Maldives - Project: High-Rise Building Construction • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: USD 1,000 per month - Benefits: Food Allowance, Accommodation, and Transportation provided by the company • Application Instructions: - Share updated CV via email or contact through WhatsApp.
