### Role & Company / Project Overview A leading Construction, Finishing & Real Estate Development Company based in Giza is seeking a qualified and experienced Contracts Engineer to join its team. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Review and manage construction contracts in accordance with contractual terms and FIDIC conditions. • Follow up on contractual obligations, deadlines, variations, and claims. • Review contractual documents and support the preparation of notices and claims. • Coordinate with technical office, site, planning, and cost control teams to ensure proper contract administration. • Monitor contractual risks and support effective cost and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • 5–10 years of relevant experience in the construction and contracting sector. • Successful completion of the full FIDIC course is mandatory. • Good knowledge of Cost Control and project cost monitoring. • Strong understanding of contract administration, contractual obligations, variations, and claims. • Experience in reviewing construction contracts, analyzing contract documents, and following up on contractual matters. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Giza, Egypt. • Workplace Type: Onsite. ### Application Instructions Please submit your updated CV, mentioning "Contracts Engineer" in the subject line.
