REACH, a leading non-profit working on Tuberculosis and Non-Communicable Diseases, is seeking a District Programme Coordinator for the TIFA project in Madurai. The role involves coordinating with district health officials, TB programme stakeholders, and private providers; facilitating establishment of TPT clinics and strengthening lab linkages; managing supply chain systems for drugs and consumables; engaging with medical associations (IMA, IAP, FOGSI, Respiratory Society); and conducting training, sensitisation, and capacity building for providers and staff. The candidate must ensure documentation, reporting, and representation at district-level meetings. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (MPH/MSW preferred), minimum 1 year of programme implementation/management experience, strong skills in MS Office & online reporting tools (KoBo, Epi-Collect, Redcap), and willingness to travel extensively (up to 20 days/month).
