We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead sales and marketing operations and drive business growth for a well-reputed company in the agribusiness sector. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets, managing sales team and channel partners, expanding market reach and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring achievement of targets and effective customer engagement, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within agribusiness, agrochemical, fertilizer, seeds, crop protection, or plant nutrition industries. Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation preferably in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field. Salary up to ₹25 LPA. Location: Madhya Pradesh (MP), Uttar Pradesh (UP), or Maharashtra.
