We are hiring an Events Specialist to plan, organize, and execute company events, campaigns, activations, and community initiatives in Maadi, Cairo. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution, managing event timelines and tracking deliverables to meet deadlines, supporting the development of promotional materials and event marketing activities, coordinating attendee registration, communication, and engagement activities, and monitoring event performance to prepare post-event reports and recommendations. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Media, Internet & New Media, or a related field, previous experience in event planning, event coordination, community management, student activities, or similar roles, experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation, experience organizing university activities, conferences, exhibitions, or community events, and familiarity with event management tools and project management platforms.
