This position is for a Business Development Executive or Manager responsible for driving sales growth and client acquisition. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market visits and client meetings, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and gathering market insights to support business expansion. Eligibility requires an MBA/BBA/BBM/B.Com degree (preferably in Sales & Marketing), 1-5 years of experience in business development or sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and prior experience in B2B sales, construction, interior design, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, or staffing is advantageous. The candidate must be willing to travel for client meetings. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week.
