Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for a Senior Production Manager – Auto Line based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, within the Sheet Metal / Automotive manufacturing industry. The role focuses on driving production excellence and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage and drive operations across auto line production and press shop facilities. • Supervise welding processes and ensure adherence to automotive quality standards. • Direct manpower management, planning, and resource allocation on the shop floor. • Monitor and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and productivity metrics. • Spearhead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen implementations, and continuous improvement projects. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering. • 12 to 15 years of industry experience. • Prior background and proven track record in automotive sheet metal manufacturing are strictly preferred. • Key Skills & Expertise: - Auto Line Production Management - Press Shop Operations - Welding Processes - Manpower Management - OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) - Productivity Improvement - Lean Manufacturing - Kaizen & Continuous Improvement Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
