### Role & Company / Project Overview Bhagwati Products Limited is hiring an experienced professional for the position of Production Manager – Assembly Line (FATP) to join the team at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The role is positioned within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage end-to-end FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Pack) production operations in mobile assembly and testing • Ensure strict adherence to quality, productivity, delivery, cost, and safety standards • Lead manpower planning, shift operations, line balancing, and defect management • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall production efficiency on the shop floor ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 15 to 19 Years • Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics (Preferred) • Industry Preference: EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) Industry • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India • Shift: Full-time shift operations • Work Setup: Onsite manufacturing plant ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation as per industry standards ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated resumes with the Bhagwati Products Limited recruitment team.
