### Role & Company / Project Overview LATS Solutions is hiring for the position of Supervisor – Assembly Production in the Assembly Production department located in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu. Candidates should be ready to join within 1 month. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage daily assembly production activities and achieve production targets. • Allocate manpower and monitor production output. • Ensure assembly operations follow SOPs and work instructions. • Monitor productivity, cycle time, and line efficiency. • Reduce rejection, rework, and production bottlenecks. • Ensure availability of materials, components, and tools. • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments. • Maintain 5S, safety standards, and shop-floor discipline. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent. • Experience: Relevant production experience preferred. • Good knowledge of assembly production operations. • Manpower handling and production planning skills. • Ability to monitor productivity and resolve shop-floor issues. • Good coordination and team management skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Ranipet, Tamil Nadu (Onsite). • Notice Period / Joining: Within 1 month. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the provided HR contact email.
