Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for a Production Supervisor to join a leading confidential manufacturing setup in Sector 3, Bawal, Haryana within the Sheet Metal Press Shop industry. The role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established manufacturing environment, providing a stable position with growth opportunities as part of a dynamic and process-driven team. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Monthly and daily production planning as per dispatch and production requirements. - Manpower planning, operator allocation, and resource utilization. - Preparation and maintenance of Daily Production Plan & Reports. - Communicating daily production targets to operators through Job Cards. - Raising Material Issue Slips and coordinating with Stores for raw material. - Handling Tools, Dies & Gauges and maintaining Tool History Cards. - Ensure production under controlled conditions as per Operation Standards & Control Plan. - Coordinate for Production Start-up Approval with Quality. - Monitor and record process parameters as per defined frequency. - Monitor daily production achievement against planned targets. - Ensure proper identification/status marking of produced parts. - Implement and monitor KAIZEN activities for process improvement and cost saving. - Implement and monitor 5S activities on the production shop floor. - Maintain production discipline, productivity, quality, and process compliance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Relevant experience in Sheet Metal Press Shop / Production operations preferred. - Thorough knowledge of Sheet Metal Press Shop production processes. - Good knowledge of production operations, process control, and shop floor management. - Knowledge of measuring instruments, testing equipment, fixtures, and gauges. - Experience in manpower management, quality control, KAIZEN, and 5S activities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bawal, Sector 3, Haryana, India. - Work arrangement: Onsite manufacturing shop floor. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated CV for recruitment and placement consideration.
