• Role & Company / Project Overview: Beetel Teletech Limited is seeking an experienced, result-oriented leader as Deputy General Manager (DGM) to head its Factory Operations and Repair & Refurbishment (R&R) Business Unit under Project & Delivery in Noida. The role demands strong expertise in factory management, repair operations, business performance, cost optimization, and cross-functional leadership. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead end-to-end factory, manufacturing, repair, and refurbishment operations. - Drive productivity, quality, capacity utilization, and turnaround time (TAT). - Manage business P&L, budgets, profitability, and commercial performance. - Optimize supply chain, inventory, spare parts, and reverse logistics. - Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, quality standards, and operational risk management. - Lead cross-functional teams and drive customer satisfaction and business growth. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 15+ years of relevant experience in Factory Operations, Repair & Refurbishment, Manufacturing, Product Development, Service Centre Operations, or Reverse Logistics. - Education: Engineering Degree / Diploma; MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain is preferred. - Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and operational functions. - Strong exposure to P&L management, cost control, and business transformation. - In-depth understanding of quality systems, process improvement, and supply chain operations. - Candidates based in Noida/Delhi will be preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Delhi NCR). - Senior leadership / executive operational role. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive leadership package / CTC commensurate with executive experience. • Application Instructions: - Send updated resumes directly to the designated FabHR recruitment contact.
