• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced leader to drive regional digital manufacturing transformation initiatives, align deployment strategies with global objectives, and lead large-scale smart factory implementations across manufacturing locations as a Smart Factory Transformation Management Office (TMO) Lead. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop and execute regional digital manufacturing strategies aligned with global business objectives. - Lead end-to-end smart factory deployments, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. - Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, IT, and business teams to design scalable digital solutions. - Drive technology evaluation, system integration, automation, and manufacturing process optimization. - Manage project governance, resource allocation, funding support, and technology investments. - Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, enhance quality, and increase operational efficiency. - Drive organizational change, stakeholder alignment, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 15+ Years. - Expertise in Digital Manufacturing Strategy & Transformation, Smart Factory / Industry 4.0 Initiatives, Global & Regional Digital Manufacturing Deployments. - Extensive background in Project & Program Management. - Solid knowledge of Manufacturing Automation, Robotics, IoT, Data Analytics & Machine Learning. - Hands-on expertise in ERP, MES, PLM & Manufacturing System Integration. - Proven track record in Technology Evaluation, Solution Design & Implementation, Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement, Technology Governance, Budget Management & Operational Excellence. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated CV for consideration.
