• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Solution Architect – AI & Digital Twin in the Pet Food Manufacturing domain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twin technology, and Smart Manufacturing to transform industrial operations and design scalable, AI-driven manufacturing solutions across global production sites. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design scalable, reusable AI and Digital Twin solution architectures. - Define enterprise architecture standards and platform selection strategies. - Lead architecture reviews, governance, and multi-site global deployments. - Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, IT/OT, and data science teams. - Translate complex business challenges into technical solutions delivering measurable business value. - Drive next-generation Smart Manufacturing initiatives and influence multi-site implementations. - Help improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, yield, and cost optimization. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - AI & Digital Twin Architecture: Expertise in AI/ML applications, predictive maintenance, and process optimization; strong understanding of Digital Twins for assets, processes, and entire plants; hands-on experience with AI pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment, and simulation; knowledge of physics-based modelling and Sim-to-Real deployment. - Manufacturing Domain Expertise: Experience in pet food, Food & Beverage, or process manufacturing; understanding of extrusion, batching, packaging, and recipe management; knowledge of manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, throughput, yield, and waste reduction. - Data, Cloud & IT/OT Integration: Experience integrating MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, SCADA, PLCs, and historian systems; knowledge of cloud platforms, IoT technologies, and real-time data pipelines; thorough understanding of secure OT-IT connectivity and industrial cybersecurity. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Global multi-site operations context. • Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV directly.
