• Role & Company / Project Overview Exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect – Robotics & Automation in the Pet Food Manufacturing domain with Pan India coverage. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design end-to-end robotics and automation architecture for manufacturing plants - Drive smart factory transformation and highly automated manufacturing operations - Develop automation use cases for palletizing, AMR logistics, and vision inspection - Integrate robotics with MES, ERP, warehouse, and IoT platforms - Lead technology selection, vendor coordination, and automation standardization - Support simulation, digital validation, commissioning, and multi-site deployment - Develop ROI-driven automation strategies to improve OEE, productivity, quality, and safety • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering - Experience: 10–15 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, or Smart Manufacturing - Key Skills: Industrial Robotics (Cobots, AMRs/AGVs), PLC, SCADA & Industrial Control Systems, Robotics System Design, Cell Integration & Simulation, Manufacturing Automation & Smart Factory Solutions, MES, ERP & IoT Integration, Vision Systems, Palletizing & Material Handling Automation, Digital Twin, Industry 4.0 & Factory Simulation - Mandatory Expertise: * Strong experience in end-to-end solution architecture and deployment * Hands-on understanding of robotics, PLC, SCADA, and control systems * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and IT–OT integration - Good to Have: * Food, Pet Food, or FMCG manufacturing experience * Experience with ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Siemens, or Rockwell platforms * Exposure to Digital Twin, Industry 4.0, and global automation rollouts * Knowledge of OT cybersecurity and industrial safety standards • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pan India • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are requested to send their updated resume to the designated contact email.
