We are looking for an experienced HR / Outsourcing Operations Expert to lead large-scale workforce operations and support high-impact Government and Public Sector projects. The role requires overseeing end-to-end HR outsourcing operations, coordinating with government departments, monitoring staffing deliverables and SLAs, ensuring compliance, preparing MIS reports and workforce analytics, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning. Candidates must have an MBA (HR) or Master's in Economics/Public Policy or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in HR outsourcing, staffing operations, and government/PSU projects. Key skills include workforce planning, vendor and contract management, recruitment operations, MIS reporting, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder and client coordination, and labour law compliance. This is a full-time position based in Lucknow with immediate joining.
