Savy Work Enterprises is seeking a Freelance Organic Marketing Specialist to drive organic growth through content marketing, social media, community engagement, SEO, and personal branding. Responsibilities include executing organic marketing on platforms like Facebook Groups, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and WhatsApp Communities; creating educational and non-salesy content; engaging in communities; researching target audiences; tracking performance. Qualifications: proven experience in organic social media marketing, strong writing skills, understanding of platform algorithms, ability to create content using Canva/CapCut, self-motivated, excellent English and Hindi communication. Working hours: 4-5 hours per day, flexible timing but active during peak hours. Pay: ₹6,000 per month, bi-weekly (₹3,000 every 15 days). Performance-based freelance role with long-term opportunities.
