Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Audio / Acoustics Engineer to support vehicle-level audio validation, acoustic measurements, telephony performance, and audio system testing in the automotive domain. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform laboratory and vehicle-level acoustic measurements • Validate audio systems, microphones, speakers, telephony & voice quality • Use HEAD Acoustics / ACQUA and similar audio analysis tools • Analyze audio test results and troubleshoot performance issues • Develop/modify Python-based test automation scripts • Support audio quality investigations and validation activities • Work with DSP, software, systems, and validation teams • Document test procedures, results, and findings Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Audio / Acoustics Engineering experience • Strong acoustic measurement & audio validation experience • Hands-on HEAD Acoustics experience • Vehicle-level & laboratory audio testing • Telephony / Voice Quality evaluation • Microphone & speaker validation • Python scripting / test automation • Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills • Preferred: ACQUA Audio Quality Analyzer • Preferred: Listen, LMS, MLSSA or similar tools • Preferred: DSP concepts • Preferred: Automotive audio / infotainment experience Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Arrangement: Onsite • Location: Long Beach, California, United States Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the recruitment team.
