Role & Company / Project Overview: Anagha Technosoft is hiring a Lead Reliability Test & Automation Architect for an onsite contract opportunity in Irvine, California. The role requires a strong technical leader who can interface directly with customer stakeholders, lead technical workshops, architect robust test frameworks, and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Work directly with customer stakeholders and provide customer-facing technical leadership. • Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions to define reliability test architectures. • Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore engineering teams. • Architect end-to-end test systems and test automation frameworks. • Design test fixtures and Device Under Test (DUT) interfaces. • Manage requirements definition and risk management processes across testing lifecycles. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of relevant engineering experience. • Extensive expertise in Reliability Engineering and Product Reliability Testing. • Proven track record in Test System Architecture and Test Automation. • Deep knowledge of Test Fixture Design and DUT Interfaces. • Hands-on expertise with DAQ (Data Acquisition) and Electrical Instrumentation. • Proficient in LabVIEW, NI TestStand, and Python. • Strong background in Embedded Systems and Firmware Interfaces. • Strong requirements analysis and risk management skills. • Proven ability in customer-facing technical leadership and cross-functional/offshore team coordination. • Experience with Medical Devices or regulated product environments is strongly preferred.
