• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring hands-on HIL Test Engineers for a 12-month contract opportunity with a possible extension, focusing on telematics software validation, HIL bench setup, and test automation. There are 3 open positions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Telematics system testing and embedded software validation - Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and test bench setup - Python scripting and test automation - HIL harness design, wiring harness setup, and hardware interface troubleshooting - Functional, integration, system, negative, and regression testing - Log analysis, fault injection, defect identification, and root-cause investigation - Requirements analysis and test case development • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Instrumentation, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience: 1–2 Years & 4–5 Years - Telematics System Testing and Embedded Software Validation - Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing and Test Bench Setup - Python Scripting and Test Automation - HIL Harness Design, Wiring Harness Setup, and Hardware Interface Troubleshooting - Functional, Integration, System, Negative, and Regression Testing - Log Analysis, Fault Injection, Defect Identification, and Root-Cause Investigation - Requirements Analysis and Test Case Development - Good to Have: • dSPACE HIL Systems and Tools • MATLAB, Simulink, and Plant Model Configuration • CAN, SAE J1939, Diagnostics, and Embedded Controls • Hands-on experience setting up complete HIL benches and designing test harnesses • Telematics features such as GPS/GNSS, cellular connectivity, remote services, and over-the-air functions • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Perungudi, Chennai - Work Mode: 100% Onsite – 5 Days a Week - Duration: 12-Month Contract with Possible Extension • Compensation & Benefits - Standard contract terms with potential extension based on project requirements • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resume via email.
