G2 Travel is hiring an API & Integration Support Analyst to support and optimize our API integrations. Handle API support requests and troubleshoot integration issues. Work with clients during onboarding and integration phases. Analyze XML/JSON request-response data. Configure new clients and monitor API usage/performance. Maintain documentation and support processes. Requirements: 3+ years in IT support or similar role, experience with XML/JSON APIs, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent English communication, organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
