We are looking for an experienced UK Accounting professional with strong client management, team leadership, and technical accounting expertise to join our growing team. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of UK clients and serving as the primary point of contact, reviewing and approving client communications, financial reports, and deliverables, preparing and finalizing Year-End Accounts and VAT Returns, reviewing HMRC and Companies House submissions before client authorization, providing guidance on UK Taxation and UK GAAP compliance, identifying opportunities for cross-selling accounting and advisory services, leading, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior accountants, and ensuring timely delivery of client projects and maintaining service quality. Required skills include strong experience in UK Accounting Practice, knowledge of UK GAAP, VAT, HMRC, and Companies House compliance, experience in Year-End Accounts Finalization, hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and MTD reporting, strong stakeholder management and client communication skills, experience in team leading for at least 9 to 10 members with review experience preferred, and ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
