We are hiring a detail-oriented System Analyst with strong experience in digital accessibility and web standards to ensure compliance with Michigan’s Digital Standards. Key responsibilities include conducting reviews of websites, applications, and documents for compliance with digital standards, performing accessibility testing using manual and automated tools, working with assistive technologies like screen readers, validating compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, testing across desktop and mobile platforms, documenting findings and sharing insights with stakeholders, and collaborating closely with application teams and the eMichigan team. Basic requirements include some college education, 1+ year of experience testing digital accessibility, 1 year working with WCAG guidelines, strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and experience using assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years in digital accessibility testing, WCAG-related certification, and prior government experience. Duration: 12+ Months (possible extension). Work Mode: Hybrid (Onsite Tues & Wed – Non-negotiable). Interview Process: In-person.
