We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Sewing to lead sewing operations and drive productivity, quality, and efficiency across the production floor. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or Textile Engineering degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sewing operations within the apparel/garment manufacturing industry. Proven experience in managing large sewing teams and production lines is essential. Key responsibilities include leading and managing sewing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments; monitoring line efficiency, productivity, and manpower utilization; ensuring compliance with quality requirements and operational procedures; and developing and coaching supervisors and line management teams. Required competencies include strong leadership and team management skills, sound knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and production processes, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
