A fast-growing organization is looking for an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager / Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations on the floor. This senior role involves overseeing day-to-day floor operations, supervising a team of agents/staff to meet performance targets, monitoring real-time floor activity, attendance, and adherence, conducting team briefings, handling escalations, and ensuring SLA compliance. The manager will serve as a point of contact for clients during floor visits or live meetings, generate and review performance reports, and collaborate with department heads on strategic goals. Requirements include 3-5 years of supervisory or floor management experience (healthcare or similar preferred), excellent spoken and written English, strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills, ability to work under pressure, proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and reporting tools, and experience with performance management. This is a full-time on-site night shift position following Eastern Time Zone.
