The ideal candidate will design and execute Learning & Development initiatives, manage talent management and succession planning programs, build corporate and university linkages, drive organizational development and culture initiatives, lead employee engagement and employer branding activities, conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency development, and facilitate training sessions and leadership development programs. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills are essential. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
