We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Paragon City, Lahore. This is an evening shift role (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM Pakistan Time). The role involves analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, managing quantities, and supporting project planning and budgeting. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates for civil engineering and construction projects, performing quantity take-offs, preparing BOQs, analyzing project drawings, specifications, and contract documents, and covering all specs and bid forms. Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field, 1-2 years of relevant experience in US construction estimation or quantity surveying, strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQs, proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software is an advantage, and ability to work during the night shift.
