We are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Risk Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen risk management practices, and support effective governance across the organization. Lead and manage the Compliance & Risk function across the organization. Develop, implement, and strengthen compliance and risk management frameworks, policies, and SOPs. Ensure full compliance with SECP, SBP, and other regulatory requirements across all branches. Establish and monitor risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard portfolio quality. Oversee KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance systems and ensure effective implementation. Conduct compliance reviews and control assessments to identify gaps and enforce corrective actions. Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage inspections, reporting and follow-ups. Lead and mentor compliance staff, ensuring capacity building and strong internal controls. Monitor organizational risk exposure, including operational, credit, and regulatory risks. Provide strategic reports and insights to senior management for decision-making. Minimum qualification: 16 years of education (Master's degree preferred). Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in compliance, risk management, microfinance, or banking.
