We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of professional accounting experience, including substantial hands-on exposure to US-based clients. This is a senior, onsite role for a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage the full accounting cycle and deliver accurate, audit-ready financials under US standards. Responsibilities include: manage end-to-end accounting for US-based clients, prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial reports, handle W-2 and 1099 processing in line with US payroll and contractor compliance standards, perform monthly closings, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance, maintain accurate books using QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), and communicate clearly and professionally with US clients. Requirements: minimum 10 years of professional accounting experience, proven track record serving US-based clients, advanced hands-on expertise in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), strong working knowledge of W-2 and 1099 reporting, demonstrated experience with P&L statements, monthly closings, and reconciliations, solid understanding of US accounting standards (GAAP-aligned practices), excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and comfortable working night shift (US business hours), onsite in Lahore.
