We are hiring a dynamic Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions while supporting the organization's growth and financial sustainability. Key responsibilities include managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting; monitoring cash flow, banking, and investment activities; ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations; preparing monthly and annual financial statements; supporting management in strategic financial decision-making; and leading and supervising the finance team. Qualifications include a Master's in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (ACCA, CA Inter, ACMA). Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting management.
