We are hiring for a Learning and Development Support Specialist based in Lagos, Nigeria on a 2-year renewable hybrid contract. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development. Prior experience in a consulting environment with designing and delivering learning solutions for diverse clients is essential. Strong expertise in conducting research and developing high-quality training materials including presentations, proposals, learning curricula, facilitator guides, participant manuals, and other instructional resources. Proficiency in leveraging technology, AI tools, and digital learning platforms to enhance training design, delivery, and learner engagement. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, facilitators, and training participants.
