We are a leading luxury retail brand in Nigeria specializing in premium fragrances, skincare, cosmetics, spa, and aesthetic services. We are recruiting an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our digital transformation and technology agenda. Responsibilities include leading technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives; overseeing ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, and business systems; ensuring cybersecurity, system efficiency, and technology governance; and driving innovation to improve business performance and customer experience. Requirements: 10-15 years' technology leadership experience, strong background in enterprise systems, digital platforms, and IT operations, experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused businesses is an advantage, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Salary: ₦1.5M Net.
