• Role & Company / Project Overview ManpowerGroup is seeking Financial Customer Support specialists based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role provides an excellent platform to build an international career within the financial and fintech sector. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide customer support to Japanese-speaking clients on banking, financial services, or account transactions - Address transaction queries, account verifications, and platform navigation issues - Follow strict confidentiality and security guidelines for all financial data - Document support inquiries and collaborate with escalation teams for complex issues • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Native Japanese proficiency - English skills from daily conversational to business level - Fresh graduates and career starters welcomed without prior experience (新卒・未経験歓迎) - Strong problem-solving aptitude and reliable communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia - Working visa assistance and issuance provided • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to RM 11,000 per month (approx.
