This role is ideal for those who enjoy the travel and hospitality industry and wish to build an overseas career. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Assist Japanese-speaking travelers with travel bookings, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and general inquiries - Handle customer communications through multiple channels including phone, email, and web chat - Resolve ticketing, lodging, and reservation issues swiftly and effectively - Maintain detailed case logs and customer service records • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Native Japanese speaker - English capability from daily conversation to business level - Fresh graduates and inexperienced applicants welcomed (未経験歓迎・大卒新卒OK) - Passion for customer satisfaction, travel, and clear communication • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia - Work visa issuance support included • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to RM 9,500 per month (approx.
