• Role & Company / Project Overview ManpowerGroup is hiring for Insurance Customer Support representatives based in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A great chance to gain specialized domain experience in insurance customer service. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage details, policy renewals, and claims processing - Provide accurate, timely, and polite support in Japanese - Verify policyholder information and process documentation in adherence to quality and compliance protocols - Coordinate with internal claims and underwriting teams to address customer concerns • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Native-level Japanese proficiency - Conversational to business-level English communication skills - Open to fresh graduates and those with no experience (新卒・未経験OK) - Keen attention to detail and good customer service demeanor • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Work visa sponsorship provided • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to RM 9,000 per month + KPI bonus (approx.
