### Role & Company / Project Overview Manpower Malaysia hiring Japanese native speakers for insurance-related customer support operations based at KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Address inquiries concerning insurance policies, claims, coverage, and customer accounts. - Deliver professional call handling and issue resolution during night shifts. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Japanese native proficiency. - English proficiency at C1 level is preferred. - Prior experience in contact centers or knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Hours: Night shift Monday to Friday (20:00 - 5:00 or 23:00 - 8:00). - Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. - Start Date: November. ### Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: Up to RM 11,000 per month + KPI bonus. - Visa sponsorship support provided. ### Application Instructions Submit your CV and application via the provided link.
