Role & Company / Project Overview Mindpec is hiring a Japanese Language Specialist based in KL Sentral, Malaysia. The role involves managing bilingual customer communications and queries regarding insurance coverage and claims for US business hours. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle customer inquiries via telephone calls and emails professionally in both Japanese and English • Assist customers with insurance coverage, claims processing, policy benefits, and related queries • Communicate effectively and accurately across bilingual channels to ensure high customer satisfaction Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Language Proficiency: Native or qualified non-native Japanese speaker with JLPT N1 certification • English Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 level or above) • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall work experience • Mandatory Experience: Prior customer service experience and insurance domain knowledge • Preferred Experience: Background in healthcare, BPO, or call center environments • Education: High school graduate or above Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia • Working Days: Monday to Friday • Shift: Permanent Night Shift (US Business Hours) • Expected Start Date: Early November 2026 Application Instructions Interested applicants are requested to submit their updated resume via email for review.
