Role & Company / Project Overview Mindpec is hiring a Korean Language Specialist based in KL Sentral, Malaysia. The position is responsible for supporting Korean- and English-speaking customers with insurance claims and related benefits during US business hours. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle customer inquiries via incoming calls and emails in Korean and English • Provide guidance and assistance on insurance coverage, claims processing, benefits, and associated inquiries • Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication across all customer touchpoints Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Language Proficiency: Native or qualified non-native Korean speaker with TOPIK Level 5 or Level 6 certification • English Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 level or above) • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of total work experience • Mandatory Experience: Demonstrated customer service experience and knowledge of insurance • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in healthcare, BPO, or contact center operations • Education: High school graduate or above Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia • Working Days: Monday to Friday • Shift: Permanent Night Shift (aligned with US Business Hours) • Expected Start Date: Early November 2026 Application Instructions Interested candidates are kindly invited to forward their resume via email.
