We are hiring a Korean-speaking Customer Support representative for a global streaming project based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves providing support to Korean customers, addressing inquiries and service issues, managing account records, improving customer satisfaction, identifying customer needs, and guiding them to appropriate solutions. Additional duties include promoting extra services/products and managing consultation logs via internal systems. Candidates must have at least high school graduation, 3-6 months of customer service experience preferred, native Korean language proficiency, basic PC skills, strong communication abilities, multitasking capability, adaptability to rotating shifts, and a customer-centric mindset. Salary: basic RM 8,500 per month plus KPI incentive up to RM 889.
