We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience to gather business requirements, work closely with users, support system enhancements, and lead UAT activities. Requirements: 4–5 years of working experience, Experience in Business Analysis, UAT, and requirement gathering, Front-end, Figma, and system integration experience, Good communication skills in English, Experience in the Life Insurance industry is an advantage, Knowledge of Life Administration, Actuarial, Agency Administration, or Finance is a plus, Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Insurance Studies, or related fields. Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements, Review business scenarios and test scripts, Lead UAT and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), Work closely with business users and project teams, Support system enhancements and new product launches, Ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
