Role & Company / Project Overview: Capgemini–WNS is hiring for Delivery Excellence and Business Transformation roles for experienced Lean Six Sigma professionals across multiple enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead delivery excellence and business transformation initiatives for the designated operations. • Drive process excellence, transformation projects, automation, and analytics implementations. • Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and ensure quality compliance across engagements. • Interface with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Professional Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. • Proven experience in Delivery Excellence, Process Excellence, Transformation, Automation, and Analytics. • F&A (Finance & Accounting) domain expertise is preferred. • Relevant managerial experience handling teams and process transformation. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • On-site / Office-based setup as designated by the organization. Compensation & Benefits: • Indicative Market CTC: ₹9,00,000 to ₹30,00,000 per annum (role-dependent; subject to confirmation).
